Here’s an easy Monday night recipe you can throw on your salads for the rest of the week.

 

½ cup veganaise

2 table spoons finely chopped fresh dill

1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice(to taste)

½ tspn of minced garlic

1/2 tspn black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Whisk ingredient together with a fork, or skip the extra dishes, throw everything into a mason jar and shake well!

 

Works great as a dipping sauce paired with fish, or a dressing for a tuna salad.
