Dr. Elmira’s passion for chiropractic care began at home. When her mother suffered from debilitating low back pain, nothing seemed to help, until chiropractic care allowed her to stand tall and move freely again. Seeing her mother smile, walk, and live without pain for the first time in months left a lasting impression, and Elmira knew she had found her calling.

She followed that calling to the United States, earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors from Life Chiropractic College West. She is dual board certified in both the United States and Canada, allowing her to provide care with the highest professional standards across both countries.

While mastering full-spine and nervous system–focused techniques, she discovered a special passion for caring for infants, children, expectant mothers, and families—helping them experience life with greater ease, balance, and vitality.

Dr. Elmira is Webster Certified through the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association), a specialized technique focused on supporting the nervous system during pregnancy. She is also a PX Docs–certified chiropractor, with advanced training in neurologically focused care.

She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), PX Docs, the Washington State Chiropractic Association, and the Canadian Chiropractic Association.

In addition, she holds certifications in:

• Tongue-Tie & Lip-Tie Technique

• Cranial Sacral Therapy

For Dr. Elmira, chiropractic is more than an adjustment, it is about unlocking the body’s natural potential to heal and thrive.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her hiking mountain trails, swimming in open water, or exploring new places with friends and family. Wherever she is, her mission remains the same: to bring warmth, hope, and lasting wellness to the lives she touches.
